Collection Manager - Leasing (A-97547)

Persyaratan

Fluent in English, able to do daily reporting job to foreigners in English.
More than 5 years of experience as Collection in consumer loans in leasing company *B to C.

More than 3 years of experience as a team leader.
Working experience in start up company is a big plus.
Have SIM & able to drive car & motorcycle.
Have SPPI certification will be a plus point.

Tanggung Jawab

Lead desk collection and field collection members as division head.
Create collection strategy and execute it.
Maximize collected amount by desk and field collection.
Educate junior members.
Maximize the credit check pass rate with managing our risks.
Other task as assigned.
