Collection Officer

Qualifications:

- At least minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, experienced in Fintech Industry will be advantage
- Familiar with collection strategies and creative in negotiating repayment terms and method
- Experienced in handling asset auctions
- Have relationship with external parties is an advantage
- Emotional intelligence, assertive & trustworthy
- Familiar with target and KPI Achievement in Team
- Able to join immediately
- Placement : South Jakarta

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and collect all the outstanding accounts receivables for past due consumer contracts
- Carry out negotiating and persuasive actions in resolving cases
- Create progress report for all account that is being handled
- Building relationship with law firm and law enforcement authorities in handling problem account
