**About work**????????**:
Ensure the adequacy of Field Collection (FC) needs and competencies in each branch along with their productivity.
Responsible for generating Reward and Punishment reports in the Collection department on a regular monthly basis.
Ensure that all company regulations and SOPs are carried out with full responsibility.
Manage and monitor the performance of Collection and Recovery to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets.
Provide reports, information, and feedback to superiors regarding Delinquency target achievements.
Report and discuss target achievements, issues, and difficulties with superiors.
Manage and monitor customer payments.
Report and discuss branch target achievements, issues, and difficulties with superiors.
Communicate policies conveyed by the Direct Supervisor to all subordinates and their groups.
Responsible for creating Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Work Plans.
