Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own the budget planning and analysis of all spend costs related to Commercial Area (GT, MT, Ecommerce, Store)
- Develop P&L by brand, product category, channel, region, store.
- Analyze and give insight to maximize ROI.
- Make feasibility study related to new products and new initiatives.
- Analysis on pricing and spending, provide the needed information for total value chain to have the right pricing point
- Maintain control of spending to align with budget.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree with min. of 3 years of working experience in similar area
- Preferably have past experience in FMCG
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong fluency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Able to demonstrate ability to understand and analyze problems and be proactive in giving proposals for improvement
- Possess a positive working attitude, and the ability to work independently
- Willing to develop report from scratch while waiting for system to be established
