Responsibilities:
Rents Collection and Utility Management:
- Review and oversee rent collection for commercial properties.
- Monitor meter readings, calculate utility bills, and ensure timely payments.
- Follow up on rates, and management fees, and handle commercial notices, including warnings, rent arrears, terminations, and tenant notifications.
- Manage the transition of invoices from, both intercompany and tenant invoices.
- Collect rents and manage notice communications.
Creation of Companies and Bank Accounts:
- Collaborate with the finance department to finalize diverse bank accounts.
- Oversee the formation of Irish companies and submit formation documentation to the government.
- Work with the Residential Tenancies Board (RBO) for diverse properties.
- Facilitate changes in directorship for CEO's companies and ensure timely filing of annual returns.
- Assist in the formation and changes of Irish companies and provide necessary information to the accountant.
- Fill out forms for bank account setup for previous companies.
- Assist with Local Property Tax (LPT) matters.
Loans Management:
- Oversee the Irish Loans process and ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork.
Accountancy Assistance:
- Collaborate with the Treasury Analyst and provide support in various accounting tasks.
Payments Handling:
- Manage cash transactions and lodgments.
Grants:
New Business Creation:
- Assist in the setup of new business ventures.
- Manage cash transactions and lodgments for new business ventures.
Properties Insurances:
- Manage insurance for properties and appliances
- Facilitate appliances repair
- Contact companies to get estimated prices for insurance
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial and administrative software and tools.
- Prior experience in real estate or property management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of commercial property management and financial processes is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to tasks and challenges.
- Service agreement provided as Service Provider/Freelancer.
**Salary**: From Rp116,770 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
