**JOB TITLE**:Commercial Planning Analyst**
**FUNCTION: Finance**
**SUB FUNCTION: Finance - Commercial Planning**
**CITY & COUNTRY: Jakarta, Indonesia**
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
Provide support in the optimization and maintenance of the (conceptual) sales and distribution organization and trade system such a way that the marketing and sales objectives can be achieved with compliance and recorded in the system.
**Reports to: Head of Commercial Planning**
**Geographic Scope: Local**
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Data & insight management to support demand-supply planning process
- Manage Indonesia reporting and support S&OP cycles
**KEY TARGET OF THIS ROLE**
- 100% support trade operational in term of system.
- Follow up system issues to ITC (global team for trade system support) and get it solved
- Ideas for Trade system Improvement/Enhancement based on current situation.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- A degree holder / fresh graduate in any major from notable university. Came from Business/Management/Economics/Finance discipline is prefered
- Have experience from notable multinational FMCG company with cross-functional experience of marketing (trade, brand, planning) is an advantage
- Good with numbers, well-organized, good attention to detail, good communication, and negotiation skill
- Ambitious and agile individuals with demonstrated leadership capabilities through problem solving and "can-do" attitude
- Proficient in business English
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
