You will oversee the project lifecycle from beginning to end, ensuring it meets all budget, schedule, and quality objectives while adhering to client requirements and industry regulations.**Job Functions and Accountabilities**:- Project Planning and Scope Management: Define project scope, develop detailed work plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage project risks and identify potential roadblocks.- Procurement and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Ensure all agreements align with project requirements and are commercially beneficial.- Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, identify and manage cost variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.- Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and motivate a team of internal and external resources (contractors, consultants) to achieve project goals. Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors. Provide regular project updates on progress, risks, and issues.- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans for potential project risks.- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, budget variances, and risks. Maintain accurate project documentation for future reference.- Project Closeout: Ensure successful project completion within budget and timeline.
