**Position Summary**:
The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and control of commercial projects. You will oversee the project lifecycle from beginning to end, ensuring it meets all budget, schedule, and quality objectives while adhering to client requirements and industry regulations.

**Job Functions and Accountabilities**:

- Project Planning and Scope Management: Define project scope, develop detailed work plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage project risks and identify potential roadblocks.
- Procurement and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Ensure all agreements align with project requirements and are commercially beneficial.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, identify and manage cost variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and motivate a team of internal and external resources (contractors, consultants) to achieve project goals. Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors. Provide regular project updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans for potential project risks.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, budget variances, and risks. Maintain accurate project documentation for future reference.
- Project Closeout: Ensure successful project completion within budget and timeline. Finalize all contracts, manage handover to client, and document lessons learned.

**Experience Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial project management, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and commercial contracts.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
