Commercial Relations Staff - BSD Job Description:

Building a positive management reputation through communication, good relationships, and accurate services for tenants regarding environmental complaints so that the unit handover process can be carried out smoothly.Invite tenant meetings and distributing pamphlets/brochures/circular letters outlining company policies related to product units, including during unit handover.Receiving information (complaints, changes in community management, etc.) from tenants regarding facility needs.Create reports to management or relevant departments based on information received from tenants for follow-up.Update tenant database.Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Any Major.Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of residential relation.Computer literate (Ms.Office).Effective communication skill.Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
