**Job Descriptions**:- Receive, identify and follow up on tenant complaints by becoming a mediator with management in solving problems in accordance with applicable regulations.- Conduct regular tenant visits according to predetermined targets.- Update the latest changes in tenant data (owners and/or tenants) in the field.- Convey and socialize all official information (rules, events, etc.) to tenants.- Prepare reports on administrative complaints and settlement of tenants / customers.- Manage tenant operations (handover of units, permits for goods to enter and leave, renovation permits, deposit returns, etc.).**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Customer Relations in high-rise building.- Computer literate (Ms. Office).- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
