Commercial Relations Staff - Bsd

Building a positive management reputation through communication, good relationships, and accurate services for tenants regarding environmental complaints so that the unit handover process can be carried out smoothly.
- Invite tenant meetings and distributing pamphlets/brochures/circular letters outlining company policies related to product units, including during unit handover.
- Receiving information (complaints, changes in community management, etc.) from tenants regarding facility needs.
- Create reports to management or relevant departments based on information received from tenants for follow-up.
- Update tenant database.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Any Major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of residential relation.
- Computer literate (Ms.Office).
- Effective communication skill.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
