You will be responsible for all culinary dishes prepared in the Vong Kitchen section of the kitchen. As a specialist Sous Chef, you are knowledgeable of your area of expertise and culinary functions in general. You take great pride in preparing meals of the highest quality for the enjoyment of guests. You are well-organized and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
