**Job Description**:

- Support and maintain the smooth performance of the Main Kitchen
- Responsible for following consistently the quality standard of food preparation and presentation established for outlets and banquet
- Monitoring the standard of food preparation and presentation
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene in the entire kitchen area

Work Experience
- Discipline, good attitude and self motivated
- Good communication and able to work in a team
- Experience in similar role is desired
- Ability to multi-task, work well in high-pressure situations
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Responsive and proactive
