**Job Summary**:
The Commission Sales Associate plays a critical role in expanding EchoEdge Intelligence's client base and achieving our ambitious sales targets. We're looking for a driven, results-oriented individual with a passion for identifying and closing new business opportunities. This role is commission-based, offering exceptional earning potential for top performers. Commission starts at 15% and can get as high as 40% for high performers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients within our target market through various methods (e.g., networking, cold calling, social media outreach, market research).
- **Business Development**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective organizations.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition and unique features of EchoEdge Intelligence solutions.
- **Needs Assessment**: Understand the specific challenges of potential clients and tailor solutions that address their pain points.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Effectively negotiate terms, address objections, and close sales deals.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts, updating them within the company's CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-2+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally within the software, intelligence, or business consulting industries.
- **Hunter Mentality**: A self-starter with a relentless drive to exceed sales targets, fueled by a desire for financial success.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to confidently present to potential clients, with a persuasive approach.
- **Relationship Building**: Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients and identify ways to establish trust.
- **Adaptability**: A quick learner who can adapt to evolving market conditions and client needs.
