We are currently selecting for COMMISSIONING MANAGER Ref code: CR_2401-100_Commissioning Manager Job summary MISSION: Responsible for ensuring the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, test run and handing over to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
TASKS: Collaborating with project teams to develop and refine commissioning strategies for mechanical systems, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements; Leading and coordinating a team of commissioning engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations; Overseeing the integration of mechanical systems, including rotating equipment, pipelines, pressure vessels, and HVAC, ensuring seamless functionality; Developing and executing comprehensive testing procedures to validate the performance and reliability of mechanical systems; Conducting thorough inspections and functional tests to identify and rectify any issues; Providing technical expertise and guidance in diagnosing and resolving issues related to mechanical systems; Conducting root cause analysis for identified discrepancies and implement corrective actions; Generating comprehensive commissioning documentation, including test reports, system validation records, and as-built drawings; Providing regular updates on commissioning progress and results to project management; Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and relevant standards in all commissioning activities; Promoting a culture of safety awareness and best practices within the commissioning team; Interfacing with the client during the commissioning phase, facilitating walkthroughs, inspections, and acceptance procedures. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; 20+ years of experience managing commissioning activities of complex Oil & Gas projects; 5+ years of previous experience in FPSO projects is required.
