**Job Deskripsi**

Role Summary & Responsibility : Under supervision of Communication Principal, the communications expert need to implement media relations strategy, handle crisis communications, organizing event, and develop communications materials. Responsible as focal point of communication activity in Dompu and NTB Area. Also, will support national and international communications effort if any and needed by Principal. Assists in execute day-to-day communication activity, both external and internal activity. Including developing creative content production for multi communications channels. Strong in writing in English and Indonesia. Creative thinking, problem solving and organizing. Good both in teamwork and work individually.
- Responsible in implement media relations strategy including preparing articles, press kits, press releases, and other content initiatives. Cultivates and manages relationships with media reps, especially in provincial area but also supporting for national/international media.
- Responsible in arrange media event such as gathering, press conference, media visit, and many more.
- Responsible to handle media inquiry, including drafting the statement.
- Under supervision of Principal will handle crisis communications management and be able to react quickly and appropriately to negative media coverage. Both in reactive and proactive approach.
- Promotes a company's mission, products and/or services. Works closely with management teams and execs to shape a company's image and values, as well as the appropriate methods to communicate them to the public.
- Researches, writes and edits a range of business focused information products (publications, internal and external communications materials, corporate documents and procedures, letters, articles for website, script for video, and many more.).
- Prepares timely and accurate advice on routine communication matters, and the preparation of these documents.
- Support and coordinate with others dept to develop key messages and consistent talking points.
- Ensures consistent messages across all mediums.
- Liaise with agency and other relevant dept to communications materials needed.
- Produce a variety of advertising material and managing the placement.
- Supporting in administration task needed.
- Develops and maintains good internal business relationships to support the delivery of communication products.
- Maintains an awareness of stakeholder and business issues.
- Conduct communication event, both internal and external event. Such as exhibition, workshop, townhall, celebration of corporate achievement and many more.
- Research and monitor business and industry news to maintain a current knowledge base.
- Research and preparation of story pitches to media & reporting communications activity.

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Bachelor's degree from Communication, English Literature, English Study, Journalism.
- Minimum 8 years' experience on related position.
- Good knowledge and skill in public relations
- Good writing and public speaking
- Active listening
- Ability in English well both spoken and written
- Good skills in organizing administration and time management.
