Community And Outreach Supervisor - Remote

The right profile should be a Social Media savvy that comes from an online gaming / iGaming / e-sports industry with expertise in managing community outreach.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Develop and handle the overall community (Discord, Facebook, Telegram etc).
- Ensure growth of community, through organic posts on promotions, sports / online gaming updates and casual engagements with users.
- Initiate engaging event or promotions to attract users.
- Manage, track and remove previously banned users.
- Coordinate with the team regarding social media KPIs established.
- Generate the monthly community outreach through social media content calendar.
- Provide weekly and quarterly reports regarding social media's communities' update.
- Ensure consistent engagement and content posted on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
- Responsible for copywriting and scheduling content in a consistent manner.
- Provide feedback and strategies to keep the iGaming products active in the latest marketing trends.
- Develop competitor research studies for company improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of online community platform moderation tools.
- Ability to translate information into statistics report
- Competent in the assigned market's forum - user behavior.
- Interested in sports niche and knowledge on i-Gaming industry is a must.
- Having experience or knowledge in Digital Marketing to attract, build awareness and promote the forum is a plus.
- Ability to create a system to detect and implement action for spammers.
- Proven customer service skills.

**Salary**: From Rp18,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- iGaming: 3 years (preferred)
- e-sports industry: 3 years (preferred)
- Community and Outreach: 3 years (preferred)
