As a Community Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our online community, responsible for cultivating a welcoming environment, facilitating discussions, and ensuring that our community members have a positive and valuable experience. You will be the bridge between our organization and our community, bringing together diverse voices and fostering a sense of belonging.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community management strategy aligned with the organization's goals and values.
- Nurture a positive and inclusive community culture that encourages open dialogue, collaboration, and mutual respect.
- Engage with community members through various channels, including social media, forums, and live chats.
- Create and curate compelling content, including articles, discussions, polls, and multimedia, to spark meaningful conversations.
- Monitor community interactions and respond promptly to questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Identify and elevate valuable user-generated content, stories, and insights to showcase the community's impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that community initiatives align with overall marketing and business strategies.
- Plan and organize virtual and in-person events, webinars, and workshops to enhance community engagement.
- Analyze data and metrics to track community growth, engagement, and sentiment, and use insights to refine strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging best practices in community management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management or social media management, ideally in a professional or organizational context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, forums, and community management tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and initiatives.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations with diplomacy.
- Passion for online communities and a deep understanding of digital engagement dynamics.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing community needs and engagement patterns.
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
