- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Over 1 years of proven experience in corporate community management, event planning and partnership development.
- Experience in working within the mother and baby industry or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, budgeting and executing events, both physical and virtual.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to assess the success of community engagement, events, and partnerships.
- Innovative thinking to create engaging and memorable events and partnerships.
