For which tasks (responsibilities)? Community ?udit and strategy development: Conducting an audit of the current community landscape, developing and prioritizing growth points in collaboration with product managers.
Goal setting: Clearly defining short-term and long-term community objectives that align with a mission to provide the best MMO strategy gaming experience.
Planning and execution: Developing a plan of initiatives, including recruitment, to achieve the goals set, and leading the implementation of these initiatives.
What kind of professional are we looking for? Have experience in leading the community department of an online free-to-play game.
Show strong management and communication skills.
Have hands-on experience as a community manager, working with social media and community platforms and collaborating with content creators.
Have the desire to thoroughly understand the game and its players.
Be able to communicate with players, convey complex information clearly, and deliver sensitive information tactfully.
Focus on the outcome of the work, not the process.
Possess the ability to work with analytical data and measure results.
Be willing to relocate to Cyprus to work in our office in Limassol.
