Community Officer Internship (Eo & Relationship)

**Jobdesc**:- Seeking sponsors to fulfill the funding needs for the activities of the Foundation.- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events to enhance engagement and foster community cohesion.- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless event logistics and partnership management.- Identify and cultivate partnerships aligned with community interests and goals, including sponsors and vendors.- Engage with community members, gather feedback, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in event management, partnership development, or community engagement roles.- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a creative flair for content creation.- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility to attend events outside of regular working hours and travel as needed.- Passion for community building, innovation, and creating memorable experiences.- Domiciled in South Tangerang or around Tangerang would be preferred**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 6 months
