Community Officer Internship (Eo & Relationship)

**Jobdesc**:

- Seeking sponsors to fulfill the funding needs for the activities of the Foundation.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events to enhance engagement and foster community cohesion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless event logistics and partnership management.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships aligned with community interests and goals, including sponsors and vendors.
- Engage with community members, gather feedback, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in event management, partnership development, or community engagement roles.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to attend events outside of regular working hours and travel as needed.
- Passion for community building, innovation, and creating memorable experiences.
- Domiciled in South Tangerang or around Tangerang would be preferred
