Community Officer Internship

**Responsibilities**:- Set, plan and implement programs and strategies- Foster meaningful relationships with institutions, community members, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.- Execute offline events, activations, and sponsorships to promote our brand.- Coordinate logistics, including event venues, vendors, promotional materials, and staffing.- Measure the success of offline events through key performance indicators.- Develop post-event reports and recommendations for improvement.- Collect and analyze data related to community engagement and offline activations.**Requirements**:- Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or a related field.- Proven experience in community management or offline marketing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.- Experience with event planning and execution.- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.- Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines.- Owns a personal vehicle for travel to various locations.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: From Rp1,000,000 per monthAbility to Commute:- Jakarta (required)Ability to Relocate:- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)
