Community Officer Internship (Social)

**Jobdesc**:

- Manage and maintain relationships with orphanages, communities.
- Organize community service activities such as educational programs to children in orphanages.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design programs relevant to community needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented social programs.
- Coordinate with educational professionals and volunteers to ensure effective teaching methods.
- Work towards integrating foundation learning platform into the educational programs.
- Strategize and execute engagement activities with the community of Staditek to further develop relationships within the communities and create additional revenues.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Education, etc.).
- Demonstrated passion for serving underprivileged communities or a life dedicated to community service.
- Genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
- Previous experience in community outreach, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in social work and education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with diverse groups and individuals.
- Comfortable working in diverse environments and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Open-minded and flexible in approach.
- Experience in leading community-based programs or projects.
- Basic understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the education sector.
- Domiciled in South Tangerang or around Tangerang would be preferred
- Owns a personal vehicle for travel to various locations.
