- Age between 30 - 35 years
- Bachelor Degree in secretary/administration or equivalent and having background high school science major.
- Good communication, Excellent both written and verbal English skills.
- 3-5 years working experience in secretarial services or administration and understanding in business process
- Computer literate (Windows base)
- Excellent interpersonal skill, mature personality, able to handle multi task
- Strong analytical techniques ability, Hardworking, ability to perform under pressure and over time
- Maintain systematic filing and Handling document
- Correspondence with clients
- Good documentation skill.
- Follow up on issues discussed during meetings
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensure the management is well prepared for the meeting.
