**How did it all start?**

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the

bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)

in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the

country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,

Tunaiku.

As the Compensation & Benefit Internship, you are required to support the Compensation & Benefit team to achieve the company's goal. You will maintain all employee data through HRIS, manage all paperwork related to Compensation & Benefits, and support regular and irregular reports so that it can run well and meet the target. You will also have a chance to learn new things in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

**Responsibilites**:

- Managing employee database on HRIS
- Support daily, monthly, and yearly reports for any stakeholder
- Managing all paperwork related to Compensation & Benefit

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor student, with minimum semester 6 from any background
- Willingness to learn new skills and experience
- Detailed-oriented and love with numbers and administrative work
- Having good communication skills and capable of working both individually and in a team
