Partnering across our internal manufacturing facilities, external contract manufacturers and suppliers we create an interdependent global manufacturing network committed to deliver a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time, across the globe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executing Product Quality Complaint Global Standard and Procedures to assure Manufacturing Division product quality complaint management processes are in compliance with regulatory expectations.
- Receipt and handling of product quality complaints for designated region.
- Provides knowledge and expertise on processes and systems for complaint-handling on an on-going basis to enhance existing processes.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor Degree in Science/ Life Science, Pharmaceutical Science or Engineering or proven relevant experience.
- Strong preference for previous quality/ compliance experience, and previous complaint experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise, Professional, Personal attributes and Functional Competencies.
- Requires established ability to manage time with competing priorities.
- Requires ability to identify and implement MPS principles for continuous improvement.
- Able to work independently. Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Meticulous with high integrity.
- Excellent problem solving skills, based on science, facts, data and understanding of regulatory requirements.
