Compliance Admin Intern

Act as a connecting agent between all region Ninja Xpress in Indonesia with non-operational teams such as Finance, Legal, Human Resource and Corporate Services. Assist area regional with details regarding employee data administration and other employee needs. If you are a hardworking, highly motivated problem solver who just does not give up, then you might be up for the challenge, and we would like to hear from you!

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify any inquiries from Finance Dept (PC,CA, ER, Inventory, Utilities)
- Create report, monitor petty cash request data in each station before submitting to Finance

**Requirements**:

- Penultimate year or freshgraduate from any majors
- Experience on managing administration, operation administration
- Able manage multiple stakeholder and region
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Familiar on Spreadsheet, Excel, or Ms. Office tools
