Compliance Analyst

About the Role You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's reputation and ensuring its operations align with regulatory standards. You will work closely with various departments to implement and maintain an effective compliance program, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical business practices.

What You'll Do Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the payment service industry Investigate and report on compliance violations Liaise with regulatory bodies, including Bank Indonesia Oversee the resolution of customer complaints related to compliance issues Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required Advise management on compliance matters and recommend corrective actions What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance roles within the financial services or fintech industry In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, particularly those related to payment service providers Familiarity with AML and KYC procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Certification in compliance or anti-money laundering is a plus Experience working with regulatory bodies, especially Bank Indonesia is a plus
