**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Monthly Audits**: Conduct monthly audits on discounting culture and packages in Indonesia.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Monitor compliance metrics and generate reports for the Regional Compliance Manager (RCM), identifying trends and recommending corrective actions or improvements to enhance overall compliance.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate audit reports to relevant stakeholders, including franchisees, as necessary.
- **Project Support**: Support the Regional Compliance Coordinator on various projects.
- **Audit Execution**: Conduct onsite or remote audits at Indonesia Clubs.
- **Follow-Up Audits**: Perform follow-up audits or periodic reviews to verify that issues have been addressed effectively.
- **Action Plans**: Create and manage effective action plans in response to any club audits and compliance violations.
- **Issue Escalation**: Monitor, report, and escalate compliance issues, investigating and escalating to key stakeholders if required.
- **AFA Audit Requirements**: Audit and analyze AFA-required reporting as necessary.
- **Ad Hoc Projects**: Contribute to ad hoc projects and reviews as required.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- **Relationship Management**: Manage strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- **Franchisee Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
- **Strategy Development**: Assist the RCM in developing strategies and processes throughout the business to improve performance as required.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments on best practices and new policies.
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- **Language Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
