**Job Description**:

- Scan and organize letters and documents related to the compliance function (letters from/to the regulators and governmental organizations, association's certificate of membership, soft/hardcopies and receipt of reports to the regulators).
- Help to draft and compile all MoM related to Compliance (Minutes of Meeting).
- Assist the compliance team in organizing and tracking internal policies and SOPs also documents related.
- Archive all the documents related to CFG compliance department.
- "Warn and Remind" Regulatory Reporting due date to Compliance Team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Management/Business Administration or similar fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have work experience or organizational experience
- Proficient in Ms Office suites (especially Ms Word, Ms Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheet)
- Multitasking and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail and accurate
- Highly organized and have good interpersonal skills
