- Organize incoming and outgoing letter (softcopy & hardcopy)
- Create schedule for socialization and FGD on google calendar for Ajaib attendees
- Organize and documenting correspondences numbering for ASA
- Prepare Bank Statement request form recapitulation for Permata Bank and send the hardcopy on a monthly basis
- Organize the reimbursement
- Assist internal auditor to input data from documents to working paper (Ms. Excel)
- Check completeness of data submission from auditee according to the list of data request
- Assist to monitor completion of follow up action from auditee according to committed date and archive the evidence

**Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in Law/Economy/Accounting/Management
- Min 1 year experience as Compliance/Internal Audit, fresh graduates are welcome
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
