Compliance Manager

Strategic managers, content specialists, conceptual creatives, producers, SEO experts, product managers, and others are among the impact players who are held match-fit for your brand.**Responsibilities**:- Provide advice to internal team including but not limited to assess whether any product/feature/cooperation need regulatory approval/report.- Review documents submission to regulators.- Review corporate material such as policy, SOP, marketing material, etc.- Ensure all reports to regulators and requests from regulators meet the requirements and submitted on time.- Ensure all obligations based on existing regulations have been fulfilled.- Conduct socialization relating to the regulations update and impact.- Liaise with regulator and association officers to have good relationship with them.- Participate actively in related associations supporting the organisation's business (AFTECH, ASPI, etc) so the company aware the latest update/information relating to payment system and financial sector industry.**Qualification**- Bachelor degree (preferably in law) from reputable university.- PQE ±5 years working experience.- Experience as compliance/legal/internal audit/risk/public affairs at a financial institution/fintech or lawyer at a corporate law firm.- Experience in interacting with regulators especially in the payments or financial services sector.**Competencies**- Good writing skills (know KBBI rules).- Meticulous and sharp analytical skills.- Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.- Solid knowledge of Indonesia laws and regulations.Qe4cbNT9Q6
