**Your main duties in flying with us**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and processes.
- Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs.
- Lead compliance investigations and audits.
- Monitor and report on compliance program effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
- Monitor compliance risks and work with other departments to develop and implement corrective actions
- Review and approve compliance-related documentation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities and actions taken
- Support in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
- Continuously improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

**Mandatory belongings that you must prepare**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs.
- Expert knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies.
