Advise business and senior management on applicable rules and regulationsImplement testing and monitoring program to determine adequacy and effectiveness of compliance controls and develop periodic reporting on the test resultsOversee and execute compliance initiativesCoordinate with multiple departments to fulfill information requests from regulatorsDrive key projects related to new licensing or complianceMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, or Banking AdministrationHave experience and knowledge in fulfilling the requirements for POJK/SEOJK P2P, reporting to the OJK and understand the stipulations regarding APU-PPTHave strong understanding of regulations and business processes in a P2P companyHave knowledge of OJK regulation and OJK system reportsGood attention detail and strong analytical skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and influencing skillsPositive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually
