Compliance Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regularly review and assess business processes to ensure compliance with current regulations and internal procedures.
- Offer recommendations for updating SOP documentation in line with evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with different departments to develop and enforce compliance strategies and SOPs.
- Monitor adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Perform internal audits, report on compliance status, and address any identified issues.
- Identify and assess areas of compliance risk; develop and enact corrective action plans.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards. Work with management to enhance and refine compliance programs and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or Finance.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a compliance role, ideally within a similar industry.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong skills in organization and documentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and generating detailed reports.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and guiding team members.
- Collaborative team player able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
