Persyaratan

Minimum Diploma (D3) from Hotel Management/Tourism major or equivalent

At least 1 year working experience in similar position within hospitality industry

Good command of English and third language proficiency is highly preferred

Excellent communication, talkative, approachable and service-oriented attitude

Able to multi-task, adaptable, high initiative, discipline, meticulous, well-organized

Willing to work with shift-based, include working on public holidays Tanggung Jawab

Assist Concierge Team by in charge at Main Entrance as doorman, bellman, concierge.
Actively build good relationship and rapport with residents by understanding and providing for their unique needs and concerns throughout their stay.

Provides personalized and efficient handling of resident's needs and requests.

Working together with the relevant colleagues, organize and participate in residents' events.

Perform regular updating of residents' information and preferences on the Residents' Preference Board or within the Guest History Profile in the PMS system.
