Ringkasan Fungsi:
Under limited supervision, performs condition monitoring (Predictive Maintenance) activity with the knowledge and ability of installations and repairs in general mechanical maintenance. May lead a team of in-house maintenance technicians and/or oversees work of outside contractors.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Provides leadership and technical expertise in condition monitoring. Support maintenance technicians in the diagnosing, maintenance, repair, installation of manufacturing equipment.
- Responds to escalated problems and equipment condition based on condition monitoring result.
- Has lead responsibilities in special events, such as major turnarounds at plants and may lead a group of in-house maintenance technicians and/or outside contractors during this time. In larger facilities, may have on-going lead responsibilities.
- Works closely with Maintenance Supervisor/ Manager or Maintenance Planners to identify trends and contributes to the development of inspection and maintenance schedules.
- Uses the computer to maintain records pertaining to maintenance activity and spare parts inventory.
- May participate in spare parts management.
- Participates in scheduled safety meetings and completes safety training requirements. Keeps work areas clean.
Persyaratan:
- General knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair procedures and methods.
- Experienced in various condition monitoring practices, such as vibration analysis, thermography, thickness, alignment, oil analysis, and general NDT (Non-Destructive Test).
- Knowledge of manufacturing machines and tools including their design and uses.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, instructions; ability to use shop power tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with others in a team-based environment.
- Flexibility in performing changing assignments; ability to work off shift and after hours as needed.
- Vocational/technical, mechanical school and completed (certified) apprenticeship required.
- 3-5 years of experience.
