Our client is seeking for Nursing Dept Head position. This job will be based in Surabaya, Indonesia.Responsibility:- Implement hospital regulations (policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures) related to nursing services.- Monitor the delivery of quality patient care focused on patient safety.- Ensure the organization and control of nursing service activities.- Oversee the implementation of patient safety programs in the hospital.- Manage the implementation of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) programs in the hospital.- Coordinate the generation of quality nursing service reports.- Manage staffing needs within the nursing department.- Provide guidance and mentorship to subordinates.**Requirements**:- Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1-Nursing), Master's degree in Nursing or Management (S2 Nursing/Management).- ** Non-Formal Education**:- Head of Department Management Training.- SNARS Assessor Training.- Credentialing Training.- ** Previous Job Experience**:- Previous experience as Head of Department or Nursing Manager.
