About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager with a strong background in civil projects, specifically in managing the construction of warehouses, factories, and other medium to large-scale industrial structures. This role is critical to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of our upcoming civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience overseeing such projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will collaborate with site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Key Duties and Delights Lead and manage the execution of civil construction projects (warehouses, factories, industrial facilities) , and also other commercial and prefabricated projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules to guide project execution. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure all project phases meet technical and design specifications. Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality work and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements. Conduct risk assessments, quality control inspections, and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential issues. Manage project resources efficiently to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across projects to enhance project delivery. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance in a dynamic work environment. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing civil construction projects. Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of construction project management tools and best practices. Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements in both civil and commercial construction. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, or similar). Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
