Construction Section Head - Banjar Wijaya

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for the schedule and implementation of project development in accordance with the design, specifications, costs, and quality standards that have been set
- Monitor project development from start to finish and deal with problems that arise
- Ensure the use of materials in accordance with predetermined specifications, and provide recommendations to the planning party in the event of material discrepancies
- Responsible for delivering products to consumers
- Make weekly reports on the progress of project development activities on a regular basis
- Monitor and check reports and work from inspectors
- Monitor and ensure receipt and availability of working drawings (for Construction drawings)

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture major
- Minimum 6 years experience in Project Management, or 2 years experience in same field, preferably in Property & Developer Company
- Must have excellent knowledge of property industry and project management
- Computer Literacy (MS. Office)
- Good communication and supervisory skill
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
