Construction Section Head

**Job Descriptions**:- Responsible for the schedule and implementation of project development in accordance with the design, specification, costs, and quality standards that have been set.- Monitor project development from start to finish and deal with problems that arise- Ensure the use of materials in accordance with predetermined specifications, and provide recommendations to the planning party in the event of material discrepancies.- Responsible for delivering products to consumers.- Make weekly reports on the progress of project development activities on a regular basis.- Monitor and check reports and work from inspectors.- Monitor and ensure receipt and availability of working drawings (for construction drawing).**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.- Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management, or 2 years experience in the same field, preferably in Property & Developer Company.- Must have excellent knowledge of property industry and project management.- Computer Literacy (MS Office).- Good communication and supervisory skill.- Willing to be placed in Sawangan - Depok.
