Persyaratan

Hold Diploma degree in any major.

Have SIM A.

3-5 years of experience as Construction Supervisor in Japanese company.

Knowledge of Electric facilities especially for office building (Ability: CAD, Google SketchUp).

Willing to visit construction-site in Jakarta/Cikarang/Karawang.

Preferably able to speak English & Japanese (JLPT N3)

Monitoring progress at construction site.

Hearing request from clients and collaborate with vendor to proceed the project (construction company/civil engineering company etc.) *Usually there are 10-20 members at construction site*.

Construction management & delivery management.

Report to Management member.
