**Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for event organizer who will support Oxfam in managing series of event to promote awareness of #MulaiDariLokal and campaign Oxfam related to Climate and Sutainability project.**
**_ What we are looking for:_**:
- Experience holding a series of offline events and exhibitions with climate and environmental themes.
- Creative ideas and the ability to execute their ideas rationally
- Able to work according to the agreed time period and committed to completing the task.
- A network with artists or creative agencies to be able to create interesting and meaningful exhibitions.
- Good language skills to communicate, both English and Indonesian.
- Work in a team and have a clear division of tasks
- Experience working with international institutions, international NGOs and local CSOs.

- Detailed proposal of the assignment, estimated rundown, team composition and timeframe to conduct the assignment.
- Portfolio of similar event experience
2. Financial component:
Detailed estimated budget for this assignment, including gross consultancy fee, budget lines for travel, accommodation costs and other meeting costs if any. Consultancy fee should be indicated in gross terms, which includes tax either 10% VAT or 2,5% for PPh.
