**About the role**
- Leveraging your strong foundation in consulting skills to enhance our impact in client engagements and to create new solutions for our teams to deliver in future client engagements.
- Working in tandem with managers to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Independently managing end to end projects and identifying areas of improvement of new processes and design and implementing effective solutions within your area of expertise.
- Independently undertaking / leading the analysis, including quantitative and qualitative evaluations of results and preparation of reports and presentations to be used in client engagements and business development.
- Engaging clients across scoping, proposal preparation and project management.
- Following up and implementing the proposed solutions at clients' sites.
- Leading clients through meetings, interviews and workshops at various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Possessing strong industry knowledge and staying abreast with current trends, pricing and new technology related to industry or technical practice.
- Developing project work plans, progress trackers and status report, alongside being able to identify project critical paths, project risk, mitigation plans and issue management.
- Working closely with Senior Subject Matter Experts to assist in delivering and co delivering workstreams.
**Internally, you will be involved in**:
- Building effective working relationships regionally and participating in global technical communities to ensure a strong network of resources, alongside possessing a network of regional contacts.
- Supporting by contributing to the development and / or enhancement of existing dss+ IP, functional/industry networks, in the relevant field of expertise, such as developing reusable assets and sharing thought leadership etc.
- Participating and contributing to functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing and sharing best practices.

- Ensuring the execution of multiple co-current complex consulting assignments to meet / exceed client deliverables as per expectations.
- Building and enhancing strong relationships with existing/ prospective clients to position the company as a trusted partner.
- Taking the lead in engaging clients through meetings, interviews, and workshops at various stages of the project lifecycle and leading the development of high-quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements and business development.

- Supporting DSS+ knowledge base through creating best practice project content and standardizing project practices and templates.
- Supporting the development and publishing of thought leadership and new perspectives, including DSS Points of View, and educating key stakeholders internally and externally.
**People Leadership and Team Management**:
Proactively seeking opportunities to help team members and leveraging the strengths of each team member to ensure project collaboration, ensuring successful deliverable of client projects.
**About You**
You have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of one or more of the following industries:
- Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Mining & Metals, Industrial Manufacturing, Power & Utilities.
- You are knowledgeable, proficient and possess experience in the following areas such as:
- Process Hazards Analysis - HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, Consequence Analysis, FMEA, Human Factors Review, Bow Tie, Safety Case, SIL assessments.
- Asset Integrity Management
- Process Safety and Risk Management
- Facilitation experience and involvement in process hazard analysis, Incident investigation, Management of change,
