**_ The Role:_**:
**Oxfam in Indonesia** is looking for Consultant Organizer Writing Competition that has the capacity of an extensive media network, and has the resources to manage a writing competition on the proposed theme.
**_ Objectives:_**:
- Introduce and increase knowledge on women's leadership roles and the inclusion of vulnerable groups in energy transition issues.
- Encourage creativity and interest in writing related to the targeted theme, especially equitable energy transition.
- Gathering information on public views on the issues determined based on the initiated theme.
- Gaining the latest knowledge and ideas on the issues of the competed theme.
- Activate campaign strategies to disseminate the programme theme that Oxfam is working on.
- Part of advocacy and educated at campaign strategy level.
**_ Outputs:_**:
- Women's leadership is used as a platform to provide solutions and innovations in implementing an equitable energy transition for women and vulnerable groups.
- The availability of writers who can inspire development and humanitarian work for the future, particularly those related to energy transition issue
- Understanding the public perspective on the current issues conveyed
- The enrichment of literacy and narrative around issue of women and vulnerable groups and Just Energy Transition that is built as a form of current knowledge development
- Increasing the amount of exposure to the scope of Oxfam's presence in Indonesia.
- Campaign strategy development ar improved to deliverable the message of women leadership on just energy transition.
**_ Deliverables of Collaborator:_**
- A comprehensive plan for the competition, including timeline, promotion strategy, and evaluation
- Promote and dissemination of the competition.
- Copywriting and visual design for competition materials (posters and other promotional materials).
- Publication platform for winners of the competition (if possible, media platform).
- Panelists and scoring for the article writing competition.
- Reports on outreach efforts and participation metrics.
- A summary report of the evaluation process and results.
- Support in organizing the award ceremony, including a post-event report highlighting outcomes and media coverage.
