As a Senior in our Consulting team, your role will:
- Responsible to develop Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan Strategy and drive the implementation of the business continuity, business recovery, and crisis management framework.
- Facilitate or conduct continuous training on the business continuity and socialization for regular testing of BCP and DRP.
- Perform risk assessments in a fast-paced environment along with providing timely and practical recommendations to mitigate the identified risks.
- Responsible for assisting in the development, review, implementation, and monitoring of policies, standards, and guidelines associated with business continuity, business recovery, and crisis management.
- Establish and maintain minimum risk and critically standards commensurate with the risk class of the assets, systems, network infrastructure, processes, etc., for the purpose of business continuity and risk management.
- Build the culture awareness program on Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans across the organization by working with BCM functions as well as other members within Risk Management.
- Provide knowledge and advice on associated risk issues to management and relevant committees.
- Facilitate or contribute the delivery of FGDs/ workshops with the client.
- Support in the development of proposals, presentations, and publications in response to market demands.
- Responsible for assisting to provide any necessary report to the RMC and the Audit Committee on material matters, findings, and recommendations pertaining to business continuity, business recovery, and crisis management.
- Help our clients to solve their most critical business and technological challenges by providing oversight and directing project teams in research efforts and analytics to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
- Take responsibility for delivery of work products within project teams within capacity as executor as well as team leader.
- Work together with manager to design project plan including budget and resource allocation, manage and track project economics accordingly.
- Manage teams by obtaining directions to the project teams in undertaking current business assessments, analyzing industry leading practices, and develop recommendation.
**The Successful Applicant**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business continuity management/planning.
- Preferably has at least one of the following certifications : BCMCP, ISO 22301 Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), Certified Business Resilience Manager (CBRM), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP).
- Experience in risk management, consulting, or auditing work experience in public accounting firm, a professional service firm, or within industry.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced and challenging business environment.
- Possess strong project management skills with the ability to manage across functions, levels, cultures, and geographies.
- Good communication (oral, written) and presentation skills and a proven track record in interacting with all levels of management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - independent and objective.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Highly driven, autonomous, and resilient, who enjoys working in a dynamic and multi-cultural team and business environment.
