- Certified Chartered Accountant is a plus.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting, costing, finance operation, accounting information system, digitalization in finance, performance management

6 years of global/large organizations and top management consulting firm (must have consulting experience)
- Passionate on process improvement, innovation, design thinking for strategy, operation, process, and technologies.
- Sector exposures: public sector, government, BUMN, IT/high-tech, industrial/consumer goods, or retail sector.
- Excited with the consulting lifestyle.
- Strong leadership, teamwork and across countries collaboration.
- Strong project management with multiple projects and diverse team members.
- Superior data driven analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively through powerful written and oral presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and elegantly that appeals to wide audience including C-suites.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
