Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collecting data from the consumers, market, competitors
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customer's preference
- Conduct market research activity from questionnaire development, report, and in-depth insight
- Consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations, and making recommendations
- Doing external panel tests & able to summarize the result into a reliable claim
- Work well and support marketing & strategic team requirements in terms of data analytics and number reporting
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus on mathematics/statistics, economics with an interest in marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in market research
- Proficient in Excel, Google Data Studio, data visualization
- Strong problem definition & solution skills, combined with intellectual curiosity and a love to learn
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills & relationship-building
- Preferably up to date with the beauty industry
