Contact Center Agent (CCA) OJK
Contact center agents are customer service takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems according to the KPI that has been set.

**Requirements**:

- Have basic knowledge of customer service and contact center SOPs
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Contact Center field and not under contract with other agencies/companies
- Good communication skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills & able to speak English (active English)
- Having special skills outside of work is a plus

Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor Degree from any major with a max. age of 28 years
- Willing and able to work in team and willing to be placed in Jakarta

Benefit
Salary up to 6.5 mio/month, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
